I’m Bridget, creator of Hot Tea, Travel, and Thyme – a lifestyle, food, fitness, and travel blog.
Music was my number one pursuit for the first 30 years of my life, but after dealing with some repetitive strain injury issues while living life as a classical musician, I decided to get my life “in balance” by commencing yoga and other forms of exercise, and I have never looked back!
After working as a music and English teacher for just over eight years, I retrained as a psychologist, working as a phone counsellor in various mental health and weight management roles, as well as in private practice. My main areas of interest are health and wellbeing, personality and social psychology, positive psychology, psychotherapy, and health psychology.
Hot Tea, Travel, and Thyme focuses on topics such as living a balanced life, health, wellness, fitness, international relocation, world travel, travel with a baby, food, recipes, and product reviews.
