Welcome to Hot Tea, Travel, and Thyme and “Hello, 2015!”
Do you have any New Year’s resolutions this year? Or is your resolution to not have any resolutions?
I find that, like most people, my New Year’s resolutions every year are focused around healthy eating and increasing my exercise routine. For the last two or three years my goals and resolutions have consisted of the following: successful travel (and travel with baby), health (physical and mental) and more recently writing this blog, where I speak about these topics regularly. This year I have signed up for a Women’s Weight Lifting course (three sessions per week) so I think this will be a great start in getting stronger and healthier. We have a lot of travel plans set for 2015, so getting organized with what we need and don’t need is also on the agenda (now that we are traveling with an older baby).
Whatever your goals, plans, and dreams, I wish you a lot of luck and success for the year 2015. And I encourage you to write down your goals, as this helps to make the plans more concrete, less abstract, and brings them into focus as a real-life possibility of what lies ahead…
