Welcome to another week of Winter Workouts.
This week has been a great week and included lots of eating out and fun New Mexico day tripping, as well as balancing all of this with my usual exercise routine for healthy living.
Road Trip Tip: Packing food to snack on along the way is often a lifesaver, and it saves you from buying extra food when travelling (as the take-out food on offer is not always the kind of food you really want to be eating, but there may be limited choice). As always, planning ahead is key! The raspberries pictured above were from one of our recent road trips 🙂 Yum!

In other exciting news, I am super happy to announce that we will be staying in the USA for at least twelve months longer than previously anticipated. This is great news for us as we love it here in the USA!
