Simple Chocolate Pudding

Sponsored by Akta-Vite – my favourite Aussie-made drinking chocolate

Here is a simple recipe for chocolate pudding that you (and your toddler) will love!

1 cup Akta-Vite drinking chocolate

2 tablespoons corn starch or corn flour

400 ml milk

Firstly mix the Akta-Vite drinking chocolate and corn starch/flour in a bowl.

Slowly add about one third of the milk, and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan until very hot (but not boiling).

Pour the hot milk over the chocolate mixture and whisk continuously.

Rinse out the saucepan with cold water and then pour the mixture back in.

Return to a medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture becomes very thick.

Pour into either a large serving dish or several small serving dishes (my batch fit into four ramekins).

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold.

Serve alone or with fruit, and enjoy!

Simple to make, delicious to eat!

This recipe was found on the Akta-Vite website. You can see the original here.

Speaking of food, I was recently sent this article on making grilled cheese on the BBQ:

There are many different variations and ideas listed here – be sure to check it out!

And that’s all for today’s post. Cheese and chocolate, two of life’s great foodie pleasures 🙂
