WellBeing With Erika & Bridget: Our First Book! (& Reviews)

Hi Everyone,

I have some exciting news to share with you all today!

Well-Being With Erika & Bridget”, my project with clinical psychologist Dr Erika Penney, has a major announcement today!

The book we have been working on over the past two years, “Balancing Act: 31 Days To Health & Happiness” is finished! 

We are now in the final stages of sending it off to the designer in order to get our first ever eBook formatted and choose a cover design.

Not only that, but we are really happy to share today that we have received two book reviews for Balancing Act!
